Our workmanship is guaranteed for the life of the current ownership of the
vehicle. Manufacturers and suppliers warranty applies to parts and materials.
Speed of Repairs
As quick as humanly possible but with
no sacrifice to quality or safety.
Replacement Parts Policy
We use first quality, genuine, manufacturer sourced replacement parts. Only
with reluctance, and at the request of others would we utilize alternatives and
inform you prior.
Estimates
We do not undertake any work before providing a written estimate of cost.
Quality
We only employ qualified trades people. We effect pre-accident, quality repairs
that meet or exceed acceptable trade standards. Only
"state-of-the-art" equipment is used in conjunction with first class
materials.
Conduct
We will always conduct ourselves in a professional, honest ethical and business
like manner. We will make every effort and endeavour to comply with laws, rules
and regulations concerning our industry.
Payment
Our terms are nett cash on completion. Account facilities are only available to
Insurance Companies and Corporate clients on application. We reserve the right
not to accept personal cheques.
